2009 Fitness Goals

Fitness Goals for 2009:

Follow a Clean Eating Diet as much as possible

Limit Alcohol and sugar intake (still working on limited alcohol)

Drink more water (really need to work on this)

Drink less coffee (getting down to one a day!)

Workout 5-6 days a week (ok so maybe 4-5 days)

Track workout and eating for at least 100 days (check)

Loose 10-20 more pounds with 2-3 more inches off waist. (almost there!)
